Privacy Policy – ATPL Lab app

This privacy policy applies to the ATPL Lab mobile app (the “App”) published by Zephyr S.r.l. on Google Play and on the Apple App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac. The privacy policy of the website www.zephyraerospace.com applies separately to the website and is available at www.zephyraerospace.com/privacy-policy-it/.
1. Who we are

2. The App does not collect personal data
The App runs entirely on your device. It does not require an account or registration and never asks for your name, email address or any other personal information. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files, and it contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party crash-reporting services. The App does not send any data to Zephyr S.r.l. or to anyone else, and Zephyr S.r.l. operates no server for the App.
3. Information kept on your device
Your quiz results, flashcard progress and settings are saved only in the App’s local storage on your device so that you can pick up where you left off. This information never leaves your device through the App. It is deleted when you uninstall the App. Your device may include it in its system backup (iCloud or Google backup), which is governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms, not by this policy.
4. In-app purchases
The App is free to download and offers optional one-time purchases that unlock additional content. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. Zephyr S.r.l. never receives your payment details, name, email address or store account identifiers. When you buy or restore a purchase, the App only checks with the store that your store account is entitled to the purchased content; nothing is transmitted to Zephyr S.r.l. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

5. Information we receive from the stores
Apple and Google provide Zephyr S.r.l. with aggregated statistics about the App (such as downloads, sales and crash rates) that do not identify you. Crash and diagnostic reports reach us only if you have chosen to share them with app developers in your device settings, and they are anonymised by Apple or Google before we see them. Ratings and reviews you post on the stores are public and are shown to us under the name you use on the store.
6. Children
The App is intended for student and professional pilots and is not directed at children. Because the App collects no personal data, no data about children is collected.
7. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data and to object to its processing. As the App processes no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase; for any question about this policy you can write to info@zephyraerospace.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App changes the way it handles data (for example by adding optional online features), we will update this page and the date at the top before releasing that version, and the stores’ data-safety information will be updated accordingly.
